Overview

The Aritech Touchless Request-to-Exit (RTE) buttons series is a family of non-contact commands based on Infrared (IR) technology for door environments with access control solutions, automatic door openers or other means to enter buildings safely.

The touchless buttons are suitable in all environments where you want to avoid physical contact to unlock and open doors from the inside, such as kitchens, healthcare premises, cleanrooms etc.: as the button doesn’t need to be touched, it is also suitable in high-traffic doors with minimal mechanical wear.

This series fits well into the Aritech Safe Buildings series of solutions, together with solutions such as TruVision Navigator with the People Counting cameras, and the TruVision Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras for example.

What do we like about these buttons?

• They are trendy: the touchless RTE buttons series answers a current need, and makes this solution essential for healthy buildings or public environments.
• They are customizable: the sensitivity of the IR sensor is adjustable as desired at a distance between 3 and 15cm.
• They communicate! The housing has a 2-color LED and indicates with a green LED when it’s activated. The red LED indicates a stand-by mode. It lets you know when it’s functioning or not.
• They are easy-to-install as a flush mount RTE without junction box, or as a wall mounted installation.
• And icing on the cake… they come in a beautiful design, to blend in the premises discreetly with a refined touch(less!) of modernity
