Release of Advisor Management Software 2020 SP1

What’s New with on ATS8600 2020 SP1 version ?
In these new update, we have implemented the below enhancements:
- Workstation based accounts: Operators will be allowed to access the application and view multiple connected sites depending on the PC they are logged on. (e.g. reception area is not permitted to view multiple sites, but same user with a different profile on a PC in the back-office can view multiple sites)
- Device Tree enhancements: Users will have more flexibility thanks to new filters on the device tree. This is achieved by some filter criteria syntaxes (e.g. category:bus - finds only nodes of BusController types category:bus)
- New events available for drivers: we have added various new events that can be implemented and used by the different drivers including upload failure, arm failure, arming timeout...
- Performance enhancements: in this release, we have fixed some bugs and implemented some backend enhancements including the implementation of Database connection watchdog and extra protection from memory leak.
Product Availability
- Customers with 2018 and 2019 editions can upgrade to 2020 SP1 by ordering ATS869x.
- Customers with 2020 edition can upgrade to 2020 SP1 free of charge.
- Since December 28th, 2021 software versions will be available for licensed customers on the Carrier portal. Please use link in the link section on the right side.
